In  https://www.getbusinessleads.net/top-level-category/leeuwarden-stukadoor , a plasterer costs around €55 per hour for regular jobs. For urgent jobs, the rate can go up to around €83 per hour, depending on the urgency of the job. If the job is scheduled for the weekend, an additional surcharge may apply. The final cost depends on the size of the job and the materials required.

Remnants of lime paint between these plaster layers signalled that the different layers were applied at different times. We also encountered such additions on the flat sections (fig. 9). 48Stainless-steel screws with perforated washers were used to fasten the ceiling. The existing zinc plates and screws were stripped of rust and then coated with a solution of water with plexol and sand, thus insulating them. The resulting rough surface allowed the lime mortar to adhere better.
After applying a stucco net, a good contemporary substitute for thatch as a backing, new layers of stucco and plaster were applied (fig. 10). Before we removed the original ceiling, René had measured the dimensions of the freeze. With those measurements he made a zinc ‘comb’ that would be needed to create the new freeze.
Whether Stadholder William IV had a part to play in this remains unknown. 40The survey (Tegelaar) showed that only the youngest paint layers were still present in their entirety. Older paint layers from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries were only fragmentarily present. The oldest finish of the stucco ceiling was a layer of lime in an organic binder (?), which occured frequently on some parts.
The interaction between researcher and executor is necessary; it may be clear that, in this case study, it led to an excellent-quality result. 15Unfortunately, we cannot tell from the accounts whether Carolus Bernardus Laghi also worked on the stucco ceiling in the stairwell at the Binnenhof in 1767. In several places on this ceiling, flat work and mouldings have been applied to a first layer of lime paint. Probably Laghi may have already carried out the first repairs and additions to the stucco ceiling during this period. If 3,803 guilders was spent on this stucco ceiling, then it will undoubtedly have included sculptural work.

In the period between 1752 and 1770, he worked with Pieter de Swart on various parts of the Stadhoudelijk Kwartier at the Binnenhof.
30A review of the stucco ceiling revealed the following defects. The paintwork was coming loose from the stucco ceiling in a number of places. On the ceiling, both old cracks that had been sealed during a previous maintenance job and new thin cracks were present. Peeling off a piece of mouldings on the Binnenhof side – the north-east side of the ceiling – revealed a much larger pattern of cracks. Previous subsidence of the stucco ceiling in the south-west corner had been partially eliminated by filling out the difference in height (fig. 4). 4Stylistically, the transition from the Dutch Louis XIV style to rococo was a smooth one.
In 1738 he received a commission for the Logement van Leids in The Hague. In 1741, he worked on the Logement van Rotterdam and from the 1750s he also worked on the Stadhoudelijk Kwartier at the Binnenhof. In 1768, he worked with Van Gorkum in the Stadhoudelijk Kwartier at the Binnenhof. 18Large pouring jugs are placed in the corners, each with different handles and pouring spouts; these spouts are executed in different ways with a hose. The ornamentation of acanthus leaves, C-curves and spirals is in the style of Daniel Marot, as are the pots. 16After the second stadholderless era (1702–47), the new stadholder Willen IV went to live in the outer court wing.
